| C.Y.L participated in the " FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards " and received the honor of quality award in the best planning and design category and also won the honor of excellence of 29th "Chinese Architectural Golden Stone Award". Ungraded the upstream and downstream of Xindian Creek Bitan Weir, the main weir structure is located at the downstream of the original site due to the impact of torrential rain and typhoon, this weir structure was damaged severely and affected flood prevention safety. In order to solve the weir structure and water environmental problems, the damaged Bitan Weir will be rebuilt. River embankment viewing deck will be installed to overlook the landscape view and do birdwatching on the opposite bank from a higher platform, and it also able to look up closely at fish migration. This project creates a new connection between nature and human which not only promotes the tourism industry development around Xindian Creek but also incorporates entertainment into the learning process. |
