To promote the economy and sightseeing development among Penang islands, this transport network project was born and became the primary objective of the Penang government in response to Penang, the recent well-known resort in Asia. 

T.Y.Lin International applied BIM to display different route planning in the early bidding phase, and mainly provides light rail route planning and design services around the island, to review the land used in the future and land acquisition and other related aspects.

Through animation, it rapidly displays a full look of a total length of 26.8 km mileage, to facilitate the design display. The tender was successfully commissioned by the Client and delivered the design and tender service
