The starting point of this project is the Jiande Bridge at Keelung River estuary, down to the right bank of Keelung River to the end of the United States and the United States Bridge. The river section of about 2 km in length, is divided into neighborhood life parent-child segment, blue and green junk transport activities and ecological friendly protection section of three sections. Upon its completion, apart from optimizing the bicycle lane system, trail system, bicycle rental plaza and parent-child recreational space, the first barrier free canoe pier in the country was added to Riverside Park.
