The case is located in Dingpu District, Tucheng, New Taipei City. It is connected to the section 4th of Central Road and the 4-15M road. The total length of the route is about 900m and 15m in width. Considering that the future MRT Sanying Line will pass through the section 4th of the Central Road, which  will cause traffic congestion during the construction, and the existing road width will be restricted and reduced by MRT pier, which downgrade the local road service level. Therefore, the conception of the project is proposed. To ease the traffic congestion generated during the construction of MRT and maintain the road service level of Dingpu District, this new road provide a complete traffic network.
