The road is located in Yilan County, Wujie Township is within the scope of Xuecheng Metropolitan Planning Area. The length of the new section is about 1,100 meters and the width is 40 meters. From west section of Provincial Highway No. 9 to Zhongzheng Road, it passes through ZTE Cultural and Creative Park On the south side, Zhongxing Village should be on the 31st line of Daxing Road. The existing roads in the park will be widened. The middle section will be crossed with the Ilan Line railway line, and the underground line will be taken through the box culvert.
