Design lot DK195 includes 3 facility contracts, one E/M contract, one E/C contract, one elevator contract and one escalator contract, for a total of 7 construction contracts. The project includes 3 underground stations, Hsing Chuang (O2), Touchien Chuang (O3), and Hsiense Temple (O4) stations, all constructed with cut & cover method, one transfer facility of about 4000m2 with a 2-story parking lot near entrance A of O3 station. There is a crossover section of about 141m located west of O2 station, and a L-shaped pedestrian underpass connected to entrance A of O3 station at the junction of S-Yuan Road & Zhong Zheng Road. Light structures and transparent architectural design concepts have been adopted for the station entrances, reflecting the local characteristic of each station and corresponding to the chosen public art themes.

The underground stations are connected by two single track parallel bored tunnels with a total length of about 3.4km. Nine(9) cross passages are placed between the two parallel tunnels. Precast concrete segmental lining will be used for bored tunnels except at the junction of the bored tunnels and cross passages where steel segmental lining will be used.
