1.It is a turnkey project which will provide 150 units in Yangmei site, and 50 units in Pingzhen site.
2.Will coordinate with the community for planning service including architectural planning, layout, structural system planning, mechanical system planning, budget, and specifications.
3.Incorporate future maintenance, management and financing issues, the concept of property management in planning stage.
4.T.Y.LIN will provide professional supervision and interface management throughout the construction period.
