Lin Kou Power Plant Renewal Project is to adopt advanced and clean indoor coal silo to replace the old outdoor field in Taiwan. This turnkey project of Coal Storage Silo System is located at Lin-Kou power plant ash mud area in Lin-Kou, New Taipei City. A total of 10 silos with 70,000 tons of coal storage tube-shaped cartridge. The diameters of 46 meters, 57.3 meters high prestressed concrete silo with 20 meters high steel structure roof. A total height is about 77.3 meters.
The construction cost was NT$ 6.5 billion, contractors KESCO founded in 1941, is Taiwan top ten large construction company. Our company is responsible for the design of content includes: the foundation excavation backfill, structure of foundation piles and ground improvement, structure of coal storage silo (including silo prestressed wall, RC feeding chambers and hopper wall), tunnels outside coal storage silo, and other subsidiary civil, structural, building facilities.
