The proposed development area at Cantonment and Neil road in Singapore comprises of 7 blocks of 50-storey residential buildings linked by 6 sky bridges at stories 26th and 50th. This submission is confined to the peer review for the sky bridges No.3 and No.5 as shown in the layout plan Fig. 1. The main function of the bridges is to connect the playground areas with the outdoor park.
