In order to cooperate with the government’s economic development plan, to save human resources, and to response to the military reorganization plan, The Ministry of National Defense plans to build a safe, solid, practical and simple administrative office at the original site of Armed Forces University. The project is located in the Dazhi District of Taipei City. It includes three buildings: the Administrative building, the East building, and the Service building. It encompasses a total floor area of 350,000 m2. The project scope includes construction, MEP and HVAC. Even though it underwent a very intricate approval process, the project was successfuly commenced as a result of the company’s consultant professional experience, and legal assistance to effectively control risks. PCM scope of works include : 1. Planning/Design Drawing Review & Consultancy 2. Bidding Strategy Development and Tender Assistance 3. Construction Management & Construction Supervision 4. Construction Acceptance and Transfer Assistance, etc.
