1.Kuang Rong Elementary School is located in the Northeast side of Sanchong District, next to Tamsui river, it forms a educational area along with Kuang Rong Junior High School and Sanchong Elementary School, providing a proper learning environment for children in Sanchong District. Established in 1975, the building in Kuang Rong Elementary School have been used over 42 years, which is longer than their design working lives, and part of the buildings have been closed due to safety concern. Considering the safety and needs of the students, the New Taipei City government starts a reconstruction plan in order to provide a safe environment for educational purpose through rearranging the campus.
2.Xing Ku Elementary School is located on Wuguwang N. Street which is on the west of Erchong Floodway, and the campus is located right in front of the Xianse Temple, a religious center of the area. The campus was built in 1969, after operating for 48 years, most of the buildings are dysfunctional, and with the urban land consolidation, part of the campus area has been readjusted, a reconstruction is urgent and necessary.
