The new Construction Project of Guang Feng Ba-De is a commercial complex with six floors and 4 underground levels for movie theaters, banquet rooms, shopping mall space, office space, a community center, logistic space, and parking area. The features of this project are the diverse requirements from owners. As a result, the performance management, especially schedule, is efficiently controlled to minimize the possibility of project delaying. Also, value engineering is implemented to reduce potential massive energy consumption during operation stage. We were commissioned by Pau Fong Asset Management Corporation to provide project management service, including performace management, interface coordination, and test / inspection during operation-transfer stage.
