With total 345 km, the Taiwan High Speed Rail project was the first BOT project in Taiwan. The Taiwan High Speed Rail Company was awarded building & operation permission. TYLIN is in charge of following works:

1. Civil works review and revise, alternative scheme plan, conceptual design and quantity estimation.

2. Civil work preliminary design as well as pre-works for detail design and construction.
