The Songshan East extension project contains 4.77km of tunnel (includes 4 tracks of HwaShan section, JinShan ChienKuo section, and Keelung ~ Songshan section), 0.89km of approach section, 2.76km of co-constructed section and 2 emergency dwelling stops (FuShing station and GuangFu station), 15 ventilation and emergency escape exits, 4 pumping stations, with a total of 8.42km long.

The total length of Panchiao Wanhua extension project is about 15.3 km. TYLIN scope include: a dual track tunnel between Taipei ~ Wanhua; the Wanhua ~ Panchiao DaGuan Road Tunnel (Panchiao tunnel); the Hsintien river tunnel. .
