Taoyuan County Highway No.19  is responsible for the external artery of the airport and Taoyuan Aerotropolis Cargo Area.
This project contains the demolition and reconstruction of the spanning bridge across National Road No. 2 front and rear approach roads and road widening. In order to build an airport portal landmark and further shape the image of soaring wings, a special asymmetric single tower steel diagonal bridge is established, with a single span of 110m directly crossing National Highway No. 2, the bridge tower is 26.45m high, with a slight tilt of about 35 degrees to the north, the bridge lines are soft and simple, delivering the force and beauty of the bridge building process.
In addition, in order to reduce the interference with road construction in the national roads and regions, the bridge adopts the method of first-built and post-relocation with jacking up and shaft construction method, which is the first example of this advanced way of bridge construction.
