This elevated expressway project starts at southern end of Zhengzhou Road, crosses Nanking West Road, Minsheng West Road, Minchuan West (Taipei Bridge), MintsuWest Road, Jiuquan Street, Dunhuang Road, Sun Yat-Sen Freeway, Zhongzheng Road (Chunyang Bridge), and then connecting to Chou-mei Expressway with total length of 5.5 km.  The project also provides surface roadway along the project to serve the local traffic.  The scope of works include environmental assessment, corridor transportation planning, design and hydraulic analysis on both previous Proposal A (integrated bridge pier and embankment structure) and Proposal B (allocation of piers in water).
