Fuxing Park is located in Beitou District, Taipei City, with an area of 3.28 hectares approximately around dense urban and Wufeng river (the last natural waterfront of Taipei). It is original urban wasteland full of iron roof buildings and bungalows. The parks designated for transforming into a large-scale metropolitan park, with the design objective of "preserving the historical site and accommodate the existing natural resources" with the concept of "a new park blended with historical and cultural memories as the new & old". The construction period from December 2019 to April 2021, which 64 large trees saved, 5 protected trees were retained, and 20 types of trees and 48 types of shrubs planted as an ecological park. 1900 tons of water was recycled as watering this plantation, the park was material recycled in conjunction with the Beitou Lai's Ancestral House and the Qilian project.
