"Guangci Boai Park" is located in Xinyi District, Taipei City. Originally for the elderly and low-income families as resettlement sites. In 2015, Taipei City Government should raise public funds for construction which include Planning of Public Housing, Social Welfare Facilities and Administrative Centers to integrate ‘green building’ and ‘Smart building’ in parks.           "Guangci Boai Park E lot" contracted by T.Y. Lin International Taiwan, this project includes 4 underground levels and 27-storey SRC building for 522 households and it is expected to open service in December 2021.
